As you can see the state fine would be around $50.00 + $8.00. Baker did not ask for a kick back here because a Mexican was driving the truck (I could probably get his name also). Asking for a kick back might have been a little less than quick and to the point.
I would bet that the weight scale used, was, that of van Syndoff? (checking the name) but that is where Jim Swantz works, (running for mayor).
This truck is from a landscaping company in town on Colfax (all the trucks look like this). He was apart of the donation of Rita's Rock (you can see him on the video and they mention his name). A few years ago he was at lamps having a few drinks, must have hit on a cops girl friend or played lier poker with a drunk cop, either way the Palatine cops, jumped him, clubed him, put him in the hospital and arrested him. Then the village cops, targeted his business and harassed him.
This is dirt bag full of cops, a mayor and village council.
I would bet that this guy was doing a patio block job, patio is all cracked up, so instead of replace with new concrete, the customer wanted it replace with block, instead. Goes to Bergman (by the post office) picks up the block and sand and goes and do the job.
In the mean time, he gets a fine worth more than the job. Holds up the job, if the driver did not have cash money, he probably spent time in jail.
This is just 1 example of how Baker, Mullins, Wagner and the rest rape the village. They would screw a rock (hahahha, maybe Rita's rock, if it moved)
